Career adjustment counselling
I offer career adjustment counselling to young adults with a high school diploma, vocational qualification, or higher education degree who feel they may have chosen the wrong profession or field of study and need help finding the right path for them.
During the counselling process, we will collaboratively explore areas of interest, outline possible career paths, assess whether additional training is needed, and, if so, identify how these can be accessed.
The counselling process begins with a half-hour introductory conversation. This initial session allows us to get to know each other and jointly determine the extent of the issue and how many sessions might be needed to address it.
Based on this free half-hour conversation, we mutually decide whether we would like to work together, and if so, under what conditions and for how many sessions (typically 2-4 sessions).
Job placement support counselling
If someone feels they know the direction they want to take in their career but need assistance with the transition, job placement support counselling can help.
During the counselling process, we will assess whether the chosen path is realistic and what is needed to secure employment in that field. If necessary, we will outline the required training, job search strategies, and, upon request, provide support with resume writing and interview preparation.

Career change support counselling
My career change support counselling service is designed to help those who are considering a change of job or specialism.

We will compare these aspirations with practical realities, outline potential career paths, and identify the necessary steps to achieve these goals.
If needed, the process can include joint job searches, resume writing, and interview preparation.

CV writing, interview preparation
This shorter counselling process is designed for those who feel they need assistance with improving their resume and/or interview skills. Even a well-qualified professional can miss out on job opportunities due to a poorly written resume, despite being suitable for the position. Since a resume is the first impression potential employers have of us, it is crucial that it is well-organized, clear, and captures the attention of recruiters.
